Almonds

Hazelnuts

Cocoa

We believe in real cacao – grown with care, not just for sugar.

Most of the world’s cocoa comes from monoculture plantations, where quality doesn’t matter because the goal is to mix it with sugar. It’s often poorly fermented and stripped of its potential – both in flavor and nutrition. Where genetics and farming are irrelevant.

We do it differently.

We work only with fine aroma cacao, cultivated in agroforestry systems that protect biodiversity and support healthy ecosystems. These beans come from single-origin farms, where we know the genetics of the cacao trees and can trace every step – from the variety of the bean to how it was grown, fermented, and dried. This corresponds to about 5% of the world cocoa production.

Also, fermentation is an art — and essential to unlocking cacao’s true potential. That’s why we work closely with farmers who handcraft the process, ensuring depth of flavor and nutritional integrity.

We finish the journey with a gentle, hands-on approach — using cocoa that are naturally sweetened with dates or coconut sugar and packed with purpose.
